Antique sewing palm. These were also known as “collar palms,” “hand iron,” “palm iron,” etc. These are used for pushing needles through heavy leather. This example is not marked but is likely C. S. Osborne or another American manufacturer. Shows signs of wear. Probably at least 100 years old.
